Bridge 30 reps
Single leg Bridge 15 repetitions / per leg
Pistol Squats 15 / per leg
Side Raise ( Fire Hydrant ) 30 / per leg
Donkey Kicks 50 / per leg with little weight
Walking Lunge 15 / per leg
Lunge Pulse 15 / per leg
Goblet Squat 15
Combination: 10 regular squats + 10 low pulse squats
