3 Egg whites
½ Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate (or your favorite Plant based protein powder)
⅓ Cup of Oatmeal
¼ Cup of water or Almond milk
Cinnamon/stevia as preferred
Mix it up and make your batch of protein pancakes! You may eat them all!!
Ladies, this is a great booty workout. Get started with 10 minutes of a kick warm-up: jump rope, jog, Stair-master or walk up and down stairs. Then, try this workout for 3-5 sets and use your Bon Bon Up Leggings!

School is almost in and summer vacation is quickly ending. After all those beach trips and crazy pool parties, you might need some motivation to quick start your healthy habits. Here are some great ways to keep the weight off! Psst… you should actually maintain these habits, your body will thank you! Here it goes.
- Enjoy your veggies
Vegetables, especially if they are dark green contain vitamins and minerals crucial to your digestive health. Not only that, but they fill you up!
- Eat tons of water
Yes, I understand some of you do not like the taste of water. But if you want to have a healthier lifestyle, you must try to drink at least your 8 glasses of water a day. It will clear your skin, aid in your digestive health, and help you lose weight.
- Sleep is very good!
Do not deprive on your sleep. Schedule your week accordingly and plan on meeting your bedtime accordingly. You will wake up energized and ready for the day! If you are still waking up sleepy, you should see a specialist, you may be missing some special vitamins in your diet!
- Try to work-out in small time frames if you can’t make time
If you cannot make it to the gym every day and spend at least 45 minutes working out. Then, workout for 10 minute intervals and split them up throughout the day. You will notice a difference in your overall mood and weight!
- Try something new
Kickboxing, rock climbing, hiking, hot yoga, pole dancing! There are so many activities to get your mind and body moving, live life healthy!
- Cut down on the dairy!
I love cheese too. It is one of the richest protein based foods, but it also contains lactose, animal fats and chemicals that may damage your healthy goals if eaten in excess.
- Green Tea is always better
Around 4-5 cups of green tea a day has been shown to reduce belly fat faster than other drinks.
